Assisted Living Services
Before move-in, our staff sits down with the resident and his or her family members to get a clear picture of their needs and desires. Those needs are then mapped out in specific detail using the Emeritus WeCare computerized program. The result is a carefully tailored care plan designed specifically for that individual resident, which includes any combination of assisted living services. The option to change the level of services required as a resident gets stronger – or if their health declines- is also available.
From helping residents with showering to escorts to meals and medication assistance,
our staff is extremely well trained to provide the support the resident requires, while at the same time, encouraging them to do what they can for themselves – unless their safety is at risk. Our ultimate goal is to help the resident become more independent, giving them more choices and freedoms to enjoy everything we offer.
