Assisted Living Services
Residents are never given a set package of services to choose from; instead, we use the Emeritus We Care computerized program, which enables us to carefully assess the individual needs of each resident before move-in. From this, we create a unique plan customized to the resident, detailing the exact level of services they require. Once the resident has lived here for 30 days, we reevaluate the care plan and make changes as necessary. And again, at six months, we reassess – or sooner should the resident’s health status change. Our goal is to provide the services that residents need, but not more than they are able to do on their own. We encourage independence by celebrating their strengths and individuality. And always, we care for our residents with the utmost respect, dignity and honor.
Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services
It’s our personal approach to Join their Journey, using their Life stories to create an individual program for each of our residents. We have a very experienced memory care neighborhood coordinator who oversees every aspect of our innovative memory care program, called Join their Journey. We also offer monthly a family Alzheimer's and dementia support group to help families going through the disease process.

Because your family's experience will be unlike any other, our goal is to get to know you and your loved one, so that we can offer support and solutions for your individual situation. We "join the journey" of your loved one by recognizing individuality, encouraging choices and allowing residents the dignity to live in a secure, personalized and familiar setting that feels comfortable for them.
