The Perfect Location

Brentwood at Niles is located in a quiet wooded area just inside Niles city limits. A family has the feeling of country living but in a city. We are not even a quarter mile from US 12 in Niles, MI. We are approximately 10 miles from University Park Mall in Mishawaka. Brentwood at Niles has 2 Senior Centers within a few miles of where we are located. We also offer outings that our residents go on in our bus that is equipped with a lift. We are conveniently located to Lakeland Hospital, Memorial Hospital and St. Joseph Regional Hospital. We are close to the Mendel Center that offers so many different events that our residents can take advantage of, including musicals, plays, Christmas shows and a whole array of choices of cultural events.

A Wonderful Selection

Brentwood at Niles has 2 levels with elevators. Our retirement community offers a cozy, family feeling with a large restaurant-style dining room, a library with fireplace, an activity room, a café with 24 hour snacks available at no cost, a warm and inviting living room with flat screen TV. Our resident can live as independently as possible with the knowledge that if they need help, it’s only a push of a button away. Each resident is assigned a pendent to wear where ever they go in our building and one of our caring staff will respond to the resident call.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We assist our families to allow their loved one to stay with us for as long as possible by offering alternative services such as private duty and/or Hospice care so that their loved one can remain in their “home” for as long as they possibly can. We will offer assistance by introducing them to people that we have worked with and let the families get to know people from other agencies and determine which one would be the best fit for them.
