Emeritus at Farm Pond provides customized care plans for assisted living residents to meet their individual needs. We provide these care services by initially and continually assessing the physical and emotional needs of our residents. Our corporately sponsored state-of-the-art computerized evaluation program, “We Care”, allows our staff to accurately evaluate and monitor a unique combination of personal care services for our residents. This ensures that our residents are only paying for the services that they are receiving.

Our Resident Care Director/Director of Nursing has many years of industry and Emeritus experience. She and her nursing staff personally know each resident at Farm Pond and can quickly notice changes in a resident’s physical and emotional condition. This enables the staff at Farm Pond to provide personal care services that can be adjusted to meet a resident’s changing needs.

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services

Emeritus at Farm Pond is the “flagship” for the company’s “Brain Health Program” and innovative approach to memory care called “Join Their Journey”. This company-wide program enables Farm Pond the ability to meet each resident’s and family’s needs at every stage of the disease process. We join the journey of our residents and recognize their individuality and personal choices. Our goal is to bring continued dignity to our residents’ lives by allowing them to live in a way that feels familiar to them. At Emeritus at Farm Pond, we also join the journey of the family by building a partnership based on communication, education, support and our commitment to our resident families.

Several managers at Farm Pond are national experts for the company’s “Join Their Journey” program. We also work closely with the Alzheimer’s Association on a national and local level.
