Framingham, Massachusetts Alzheimer's and Memory Care

A Wonderful Active Lifestyle

Socialization and activities are a large part of what Emeritus at Farm Pond offers its residents. Our community provides a wide array of activities daily to meet the physical, emotional and intellectual needs of our residents. Separate activities staff and calendars are provided for our independent, assisted living and memory care residents. Our programs and activities are specifically designed to meet the individual needs of our residents and engage them in their life long interests as well as new and different challenges and programs. Activities, programs and entertainment take place on the Farm Pond campus as well as outside the community with transportation provided by the Emeritus bus. Activities include luncheon outings, concerts, museums trips and excursions to special attractions in the greater Boston area.

Partnering with the Local Neighborhood Community

As an industry and community leader, Farm Pond hosts a variety of civic programs and events to benefit the greater Framingham area. These programs include a monthly Alzheimer’s support group, several weekly religious and spiritual services, intergenerational programs at local high schools and universities as well as ongoing professional outreach programs. Emeritus at Farm Pond has also hosted its annual Harvest Fest for the past five years. It is open to the public and is well attended every October by young and old in the greater Framingham community.

Fine Dining

The dining experience at Emeritus at Farm Pond matches any restaurant in style and quality. Two kitchens and two formal dining rooms serve our residents three nutritious and elegant meals daily. We also accommodate the individual and special dietary needs of our residents. Our long time head Chef and Food Service Director has many years of outstanding culinary experience and is well known for his glorious special occasion menus and buffets in the industry, in the community and among our residents and their families.
