Close to metropolitan Boston, Farm Pond has some of the nation’s greatest shopping, restaurants and medical care within a few short miles. Bike and walking paths for Framingham surround the Emeritus at Farm Pond campus.

Emeritus at Farm Pond offers its residents a continuum of care from independent and retirement living to memory care. On its campus, Farm Pond boasts 21 independent living cottages, the Maples, a freestanding 100 apartment independent living building as well as the Oaks, a freestanding assisted living building with a memory care neighborhood.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

Emeritus at Farm Pond works closely with a world renowned medical community in the greater Boston area. We coordinate the admissions of our residents with local doctors, nurses, hospital and nursing home administrators and social workers in the Metro West area. We also meet regularly with healthcare professionals in our local market so we are better able to provide medical guidance and support to our residents if they are in need of care and services not provided by Farm Pond. As professionals in our industry, we pledge to always be an educated and valuable resource to our residents, their families and the community at large.

Our Staff

Many staff members have been at Farm Pond since its opening 12 years ago. Our dedicated staff is trained and consistently retrained at our community so they are equipped to provide the optimum in customized care for our residents. Many managers have been with Emeritus for years and have come together at Emeritus at Farm Pond because the community functions as a training center for the Northeast region.
