We are located 15 minutes from Providence, RI. We are located 7 miles from Gillette Stadium. Local attractions include LaSallette Catholic Shrine, Capron Park Zoo, Highland Country Club, Locust Valley Country Club, Stone-E -Lea Country Club. Emeritus at Canterbury Woods is conveniently located in a residential area near Emerald Square Mall and the Wrentham Outlets.

Emeritus at Canterbury Woods offers 130 apartments on three floors and is surrounded by a beautiful wooded area — ideal for wildlife viewing! Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy retirement living within a warm, friendly environment that you can feel the moment you walk through our doors. As well as our activities center, we also have many common areas for our residents to enjoy. Our common areas include our lovely dining room, private dining room, library, fitness room, Bingo Hall, poker room, bridge room, putting room, and puzzle Room.

We offer Studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments (all with Kitchenettes). Included in your monthly rent is 3 meals day, weekly housekeeping and laundry, transportation to medical appointments and activities, all utilities, cable television, Building and grounds maintenance and free parking.

Our Resident Care Director has been with us for over 5 years. Our executive director has been with Emeritus for over 12 years.
