Residents at Woodward Estates are always treated as individuals, especially when it comes to their daily care. Our resident services director carefully tailors the care plan to their specific needs, using input from the complimentary Genesis physical therapy assessment, family members and of course, the residents themselves. Assistance with daily living is provided 24 hours a day by our resident assistants, all of whom are certified nursing assistants and are always supervised by licensed practical nurses. Depending upon the resident’s needs and preferences, services can include daily assistance with bathing and dressing, medication management, dining assistance and special diets, assistance with reminders and redirection, and escorts and assistance with walking. In line with Emeritus values, our staff always takes extra care to respect the privacy, dignity and independence that each resident deserves. In addition, as part of Emeritus, Woodward Estates has access to many resources, including Omnicare, the nation’s leading pharmacy. Omnicare specializes in the unique needs of seniors, providing such services as specialty unit-dose packaging, price matches, pharmacist consulting and around-the-clock delivery to our community.
