Emerald Estates is in close proximity to shopping centers, banking as well as local physicians. Our community has strong relationships with medical professionals in the area and you can choose whether to go out to see your physician or we can help you schedule an appointment with one of two physicians that can come to our community to provide care. Emerald Estates is also conveniently located 3 miles from the I-15 and HWY 89 byways.

Local attractions include: Eccles Dinosaur Park, Willard Bay, Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, Raptor Baseball Stadium, local theatres, hiking trails and is close to local golf courses.

Emerald Estates is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community comprised of 80 apartments and has also recently undergone a beautiful renovation. Our Residents and their families feel our atmosphere is warm and inviting – a beautiful place to call home. We offer several choices in apartment styles including Studios, Alcoves, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Friendship apartments, some of which offer patios and view s of the mountains.

Due to the welcoming feel of the community, and our commitment to our Brand Promise, “ Our Family Is Committed To Yours”, we have employees who have been with Emerald Estates since it was established in 1997. Our Residents and their families have shared often that our staff is kind, loving, and friendly.
