Located just off Causeway Blvd. and Highway 190, we are conveniently located in a residential area. Several medical facilities are also close by, including Lakeview Regional Medical Center, Fairway Medical Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.

Our community offers 84 apartments, all on one level for easy access. We have one bedroom suites and studio apartments available. Our services focus on wellness to help you maintain your health, so you can live as independently as possible. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including off-site excursions, outside entertainment and daily exercise classes.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We have wonderful relationships with professionals in the area. We have several physicians that make house calls at Emeritus at Mandeville to provide their services. Our nurses work well with hospital social workers, case managers and discharge planners. We have many great relationships with Home Health and Hospice companies.

The benefit of having physicians and other health care providers come to the community is that you do not have to worry about transportation. At our community, your family member would not have to leave their home to have the services that they need.
