Located close to I-5 and Highways 99 and 18, our community offers 98 apartments on two floors. Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. Our services focus on wellness to help you maintain or improve your health, so you can live as independently as possible.

Our common areas — including our lovely dining room, TV room and library — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. Emeritus at Federal Way is conveniently located in an urban area near several restaurants and many popular shopping centers, including the Commons Mall, as well as Albertson's, Wal-Mart and US Bank. Our community is also close to Celebration Park and Steel Lake. In addition, several medical facilities are nearby, including St. Francis Hospital, Auburn General Hospital, a variety of medical offices and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
