Set on beautifully landscaped grounds with a courtyard and lovely covered patios, Emeritus at Seabrook is considered one of the premier senior living communities in Northwestern Washington. Located between I-5 and Highway 99, our community offers 60 apartments on two floors. Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our friendly, caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. Our services focus on wellness to help you maintain your health, so you can live as independently as possible. In addition, we provide 16 hours of licensed nursing each day, allowing us to care for residents who need injections, including diabetics who would otherwise need to be in a skilled nursing facility.

Our common areas — including our lovely dining room, TV room and library — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including socials, exercise classes and community outings. Emeritus at Seabrook is conveniently located in a residential area near Fred Meyer, Walgreen's, the Everett Mall and Silver Lake. In addition, several medical facilities are close by, including Stevens Memorial Hospital, Providence Regional Medical Center, and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
