Located close to I-35, our community offers 205 apartments on three floors. Here our residents -- in many cases, with their pets -- enjoy retirement living in spacious suites that are more affordable than other assisted living communities in the area. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs, with our own rehabilitation services company on site. We've designed our services to focus on wellness, helping you maintain or improve your health, so you can live as independently as possible.

Our common areas -- including our lovely dining room, TV room, library and activities center -- give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including fishing trips and trips to the Wild Sea Farm. While located in a rural area, Emeritus at Amber Oaks is near Wal-Mart, the Rolling Oaks Mall, Forum Mall, Garden Ridge, HEB and several banks. We are also convenient to McAurthur Park, Comanche Park, Ladybird Park and Live Oak Park. In addition, several medical facilities are within easy access, including NE Methodist Hospital, NE Baptist Hospital, NE Central Hospital, Compass Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
