Our community also offers an innovative memory care program, Join Their Journey®, for seniors affected by Alzheimer's or dementia. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including off-site excursions. Located in an urban area close to public transportation, Emeritus at Collin Oaks is convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is also next door to Medical Center of Plano and just one-half mile from Baylor of Plano. A nursing home rehabilitation center is also near by if ever needed.
