Our common areas — including our lovely dining room, library, beautifully appointed lounges and activities rooms — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including clubs, exercise classes and off-site excursions. Located directly beside the Oak Ridge Senior Center, The Estates is in a residential area, with community property connecting to the Oak Ridge Municipal Park. We are also located near shopping and medical facilities, including the Methodist Medical Center and a nursing home rehabilitation center, which are just minutes away, if ever needed.
