Our common areas — including our cheerful dining room, TV room and library — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including several clubs and individualized off-site excursions. Green Meadows is conveniently located in a residential area just off the main thoroughfare close to Wachovia Bank, Lehigh Valley Mall, Starbucks, South Mall, along with several restaurants and gas stations. In addition, Jacobsburg State Park, Allentown Fair grounds, Music Fest and Westfield Park are all nearby. Several medical facilities are also just minutes away, including Sacred Heart Hospital, Lehigh Valley Medical Center, Westfield Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation center if ever needed.
