Located close to Asheville Highway, our community offers 20 apartments on one floor for easy access. Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy affordable retirement living within a homelike quiet setting. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. We've designed our services to focus on wellness, helping you maintain or improve your health, so you can live as independently as possible, in our quiet and homelike setting.

Our common areas — including our lovely dining room and activities center— give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know their wonderful neighbors. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including trips to the Flat Rock Playhouse and the Biltmore House. Heritage Lodge is located in a rural area near the Pisgah National Forest and Lake Lure, but is close to historic Hendersonville, many restaurants, as well as a variety of grocery stores and national banks. Heritage Lodge is also close to Pardee Hospital, Park Ridge Hospital, Mission Hospital System, Care Partners Rehab Center and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
