Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, who are known for spending a lot of one-on-one time residents and their families, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. Our common areas — including our lovely dining room and village sitting areas — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including trips to Pumpkin Farm, Apple Hills and Otseningo for the Christmas Lights Show. Our community is conveniently located in a beautiful residential area, high on a hill — a major plus after the flooding of 2006 affected lower areas in the community. Yet we are also close to a shopping mall, Target, Wal-Mart, Kohls, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans, the public library, many restaurants and Binghamton University, just one mile away.
