Located close to Rt. 81 and the New York State Thruway, our community offers 76 apartments on one floor for easy access. Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, with individualized care plans tailor-made to your needs. We've designed our services to focus on wellness, helping you maintain or improve your health, so you can live as independently as possible.

Our common areas — including our beautifully decorated lounges and community room with fireplace — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including special trips to New York State Fair and monthly family nights. Emeritus at West Side Manor is located in a rural area, yet close to shopping and banking, including Wegmans and Chase Manhattan. Several medical facilities are also within easy access, including St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, Crouse Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
