Set on beautifully landscaped grounds with two enclosed courtyard, Brentwood at Niles is considered one of Michigan's premier senior living communities. Located close to South Bend/Granger Indiana and US12, our community offers 67 apartments on two floors. We are only 8 miles from South Bend/Mishawaka and Granger. Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. We've designed our services to focus on wellness, helping you maintain or improve your health, so you can live as independently as possible.

Our common areas — including our lovely dining room, library and activities center— give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including trips to the Tulip Festival, Farmers Market, restaurants and various shops in the area. Brentwood at Niles is located in a quiet residential neighborhood across the street from a wooded area. Deer and other can often be seen strolling through our yard! Yet we are still convenient to Wal-Mart, the unique and historic shops in Niles, Riverfront Park and Lake Michigan. Several medical facilities are also nearby, including Lakeland Healthcare, various doctors offices (within one mile) and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
