We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including exercise programs and off-site excursions. Loyalton at Hagerstown is conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet close to downtown, the Prime Outlets and Hagerstown Park. Our community is also near Washington County Hospital, Robinwood Medical Center and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
