Set on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with an outdoor courtyard and lovely views of the North Hills, Juniper Meadows is one of Idaho's premier assisted living communities. We are located 750 feet above sea level near the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater Rivers, an area known for its moderate climate — ideal for retirement living! Situated near Highway 12 and Highway 95, our senior living community offers 82 apartments on two floors. Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy retirement living. Yet a helping hand from our warm, caring staff is always close by.

Our common areas — including our lovely dining room, TV room and library — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities every month, including off-site excursions. While Juniper Meadows is in a rural area, we are conveniently located near Safeway and I-Hop, as well as near the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater Rivers. We are also located near Saint Joseph's Regional Medical Center and a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center if ever needed.
