Our community also offers an innovative memory care program, Join Their Journey®, for seniors affected by Alzheimer's or dementia. Because your family's experience will be unlike any other, our goal is to get to know you and your loved one, so that we can offer support and solutions for your individual situation. We "join the journey" of your loved one by recognizing individuality, encouraging choices and allowing residents the dignity to live in a secure, personalized and familiar setting that feels comfortable for them.

Our common areas — including our lovely dining room, library and activities center — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including several clubs, a support group and scheduled shopping trips. Located near I-185, Heritage Hills is in an urban area near the Columbus Park Crossing Shipping area, Heath Park, Callaway Gardens and the Wild Animal Safari. Our community is also close to several hospitals, including St. Francis, Doctor's Hospital, The Medical Center and The Bradley Center. In addition, a nursing home rehabilitation center is close by if ever needed.

If you are living on your own, you can also choose to spend the day with us. Our in-house senior day programs offers health services tailored to your needs to help you maintain your independence. At the same time, you'll meet new people and enjoy meaningful activities that enrich your life, including shopping outings, live entertainment, educational programs, games and much more.
