Our community also offers an innovative memory care program, Join Their Journey®, for seniors affected by Alzheimer's or dementia. Our common areas — including our lovely dining room, library and music room — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including off-site excursions to museums, art galleries and shopping. While Emeritus at Catalina Foothills is located in a rural area 15 miles east of I-10, there are many shops within just two miles. Our community is also surrounded by several parks, including Riallito River Park, Agua Caliente Park, Mount Lemon, Saguaro National Park, Catalina State Park, Lakeside Park and Fort Lowell Park. We are also located near Tucson Medical Center, St Joseph's Hospital, University Medical Center, Northwest Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation center if ever needed.
