Assisted Living Services
Assisted living at Plaza on the River is designed for senior adults who wish to maintain their independent lifestyle but may need some additional assistance to do so.
Plaza on the River Senior Living Community offers a full range of services for each of our apartments. Assisted living apartments are rented month-to-month. No buy-in or lease fees are required.
In addition to the Basic Services, additional levels of Personal Assistance are available and tailored to meet each resident's specific needs. Residents will be assessed prior to move-in and regularly thereafter, to determine which level of care is needed. Additional charges apply based on the Personal Assistance services provided.

Skilled Nursing Care
We have a seasoned Director of Nursing, experienced staff and an involved Administrator who know every resident personally. We are considered a smaller skilled nursing and rehab facility and are the second newest in town.
Our rehab is highly successful at outcomes for ortho patients, stroke victims and wound care. A team perspective allows all directors to collaborate with colleagues, staff, residents and family members in order to achieve superior resident care.
