Stonecreek Lodge is proud to offer assisted living and senior care services in Louisville- which in addition to three meals per day, housekeeping and laundry- allows us to provide help with all of the activities of daily living and medication reminders, cueing and escorts. We also offer Personal Care, a higher level of care that includes a 24/7 on call nursing staff, medication administration, diabetic care, breathing treatments and so much more.
