Emeritus at Northpark Place is a licensed Residential Care Facility. We provide 24 hour oversight of residents. We emphasize assistance to remain as independent as possible. Each resident care plan is individualized with his or her needs determining the amount of care and services needed and provided. Residents may receive assistance with dressing, personal hygiene and other physical needs. Additional services include three meals per day, weekly housekeeping and laundry services , all utilities including cable TV except telephone service.

Transportation is free. They know they can get to the bank or grocery store or church without fuss or bother. They don’t have to face cold cars or bad driving conditions or take other family members away from work for daily trips and errands. Transportation is one more reason that living at Emeritus at Northpark Place is becoming a popular choice of Siouxland Seniors.

Beauty Salon & Barber Shop on site. Mary Ann and Michelle have been here since we have opened our doors. You have to see the salon to believe it! The minute you walk in their doors it is relaxing and fun! They provide traditional styles to the latest ones and do manicures too.

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services

Our staff is training yearly by a representative from the Alzheimer’s association on caring for Alzheimer’s and dementia residents.
