Emeritus at Northpark Place offers Siouxland Seniors comfortable residential living, independence and supportive services that enhance their quality of life. Emeritus at Northpark Place offers three levels of care within one building and offer a wide range of amenities unmatched anywhere else in Siouxland. Independent living, Residential Care, & Respite Care for adults needing supervised care for a limited time. With our Independent living apartments you may choose from a variety of spacious one and two-bedroom apartment homes, complete with fully-equipped all electric kitchens and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Each apartment has it’s own washer and dryer and a patio or deck to enjoy the outside. We offer a continental breakfast and an evening buffet seven days a week.

On our Residential Care side of the building we offer 4 different styles of apts from a studio to a deluxe apt that includes a dining room, living room and a bedroom large enough to put two full size beds. The beauty of having so many services under one roof allows you to receive the care you need without moving to a new community and losing all the friendships you have made. The entire apartments feature well designed floor plans that will accommodate the resident’s own furnishings, accessories and treasured memorabilia.

You may be as active or relaxed as you wish. You will never need to be concerned with maintenance, caring for the lawn or snow shoveling again. Plus, regularly scheduled housekeeping service is also provided.

Underground Parking: With our heated and air-conditioned underground parking garage you never have to walk across a slippery ice covered parking lot. Don’t risk the chances of falling and move to Emeritus at Northpark Place where the garage is dry and at the same temperature every day of the year.

Emergency Button: all of our residents receive an emergency button that they can use to notify staff for assistance 24 hrs a day.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

With our commitment to health care education we have hosted several Doctors at Emeritus at Northpark Place to provide education to the community on such issues of dementia, cancer, colonoscopies, joint replacements, signs and symptoms of strokes, healthy testing.

At Emeritus at Northpark Place we value home health services and match you with the service that best provides for your needs. If you are needing physical, occupational, or speech therapy we will assist in getting those orders from the doctor and lining up the services for you and monitor your improvements.

Our Staff

At Emeritus at Northpark Place we are fortunate to be surrounded by some of the best healthcare professionals in the area. Our staff consists of RN’s, LPN’s, certified medication, certified nursing aids and others specializing in care. Some of our staff has been here since we opened. We love what we do and treat our residents like they are our own parents or grandparents. At Emeritus at NorthPark residents are able to preserve the Dignity they have enjoyed all their lives.
