Emeritus at Silver Pines is located right off of Highway 380 making it a just a short 5-7 mile trip to Westdale Mall for shopping and dining. We are within 6 miles of St. Lukes Hospital and Mercy Medical Center. We are located in a residential neighborhood and surrounded by beautiful pine trees and timber.

A Wonderful Selection

Silver Pines offers 64 studio and suite style apartments all on one level. There are two courtyards that are available for resindents to relax in and watch birds. We have an activities room with a full kitchen and two televsion areas with a movie library available.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

Silver Pines is located near Mercy Medical Center and St. Luke's Hospital. We are also a short 17 mile drive from the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. A Magnet designated hospital and one of the country's largest teaching and research hospitals.

Our Staff

Silver Pines has a dedicated staff with Resident Care Director, LPNs, and Resident Aides to assist with care. Additionally, we have a full time Life Enrichment Director and Community Relations Director dedicated to help residents live a full enriching and healthy life.
