Emeritus at Greenwood is uniquely located at the gateway to the exciting City of Indianapolis, and enjoys proximity to the peace and enjoyment of nearby quaint local communities such as Greenwood, Southport, Center Grove, Franklin, Mooresville, and Columbus. Emeritus at Greenwood is near theaters, dining, airport, transportation, cultural events, and the medical community. Several medical facilities are nearby, including St. Francis Hospital, Community Hospital of Indianapolis, Methodist Hospital, St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital, and nursing home rehabilitation centers if ever needed.

Set on two acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with a courtyard and gazebo, Emeritus at Greenwood is considered one of the premier Indiana senior living communities. We are located close to I-465, I-74 and I-65. Our community offers 64 senior apartments all on one level for easy access.

A Wonderful Selection

Emeritus at Greenwood has several apartment alternatives to include Suites, Alcoves, and Studios all with private baths and pleasant exterior views. Our common areas include a lovely dining room, activity center, library, beauty and barber shop, and TV room. Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy retirement living. When needed or required, residents are offered a helping hand from well-trained and caring staff. We also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to our residents’ needs.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

Our community nurtures strong relationships with local health-care professionals, and is part of the local provider Network which provides resources to seniors and caregivers. Through these relationships, we can provide a seamless continuum of care for our residents.

Depending upon what the resident needs for rehabilitation services, we will bring in outside physical, occupational and speech therapists to work with residents here on site. We can also bring in outside hospice services as necessary.
