We offer assistance with activities of daily living to our residents who may need a little help. Our associates can provide services such as bathing/grooming, transferring, dressing, medication management etc. our resident care director assesses the needs of our residents, even before they move in, so that our associates know what the residents’ needs are and are ready to assist them as needed. New assessments are completed at least semi-annually, but, more frequently if the resident has a change in condition. As part of the Emeritus family, we have access to resources and expertise to help us determine and provide a specific level of care for each of our residents.

Alzheimer's, Dementia and Memory Care Services

Brentwood at Hobart offers a secured memory care neighborhood. The unit is overseen by our memory care director, who is passionately involved in developing and implementing meaningful and purpose-driven programming to our memory care residents. Our associates receive continuous training and education on how to effectively deal with and meet the needs of people with dementia. We offer monthly support and educational group meetings to the community on site.
