Assisted Living Services
Before a resident moves in, our Resident Care Director performs a comprehensive assessment and works with our team to develop a comprehensive, individualized care plan – tailored to the needs of the resident. From medication requirements, to learning about specific medical conditions, as well as lifestyle likes and dislikes, the care plan details exactly what assisted living services are required. So residents pay only for those services needed. After move-in, we reassess the care plan 30 days later – then again at six months, unless the resident’s health status changes beforehand. While we recognize that we are here to serve our residents, we always do everything possible to promote independence, encouraging residents to do what they can for themselves. Our ultimate goal is to help residents become more independent, giving them more choices and freedoms to enjoy everything we offer.
