The Perfect Location

Emeritus at Coeur d’Alene is located in the middle of town with easy access to major routes, Highway 95 and Interstate 90. We are 20 miles east of Spokane, Washington; where you can visit museums, the IMAX Theater, and the beautiful Riverfront Park. We are close to Lake Coeur d’Alene which is also noted as one of the most beautiful lakes in America. North Idaho College is located on the lake, and their Summer Theater has much to offer culturally. Within a 5 miles radius we have a Target, Fred Meyers, and Costco. Our major hospital is Kootenai Medical Center and most physicians are located within 5 miles.

Emeritus at Coeur d’Alene offers several styles of apartments for both our independent and assisted living residents; such as: studios, deluxe studios, one and two bedroom apartments, and stand-alone independent living cottages. We pride ourselves on a full active life enrichment program, three delicious meals daily, weekly housekeeping, laundry, and transportation to doctor’s appointments, shopping or other excursions.

Our common areas — including our lovely dining room, library and activities area with patio and jetted spa room — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer an outstanding activities program, including off-site excursions to Washington and Montana. Emeritus at Coeur d'Alene is in a residential area just 10 minutes from beautiful downtown Coeur d'Alene near parks, lakeside beaches, banks, the Silver Lake Mall, grocery stores and restaurants. Kootenai Medical Center and a nursing home rehabilitation facility are also located nearby if ever needed.
