Located just minutes from the GA Hwy 92 exit off I-575, Woodstock Estates offers the perfect balance of small-town America and urban conveniences. Near historic Woodstock, GA, residents and their families can enjoy many of the cultural events the city offers. From strolling along the brick paved walks antique shopping, to spending sultry summer evenings enjoying concerts in the park, Woodstock has all the grace and charm of a Southern hometown. Shopping, banking and entertainment abound in this ideal location. Residents and their families also benefit from being near several medical facilities, including two major hospitals, multiple rehabilitation centers and a wide array of medical professionals.

A Wonderful Selection

Reminiscent of a southern plantation, Woodstock Estates is a beautiful two-story brick building with a large porch graced by grand white columns. Our beautifully landscaped grounds contain two courtyards with walking paths and a gazebo. There are also several flowerbeds and a vegetable garden for members of our Garden Club to put their green thumbs to work. Crepe Myrtle, Bartlett Pear and Mimosa trees provide the perfect back drop for the fragrant hydrangeas, roses and azaleas that grace the property.

Woodstock Estates features several spacious floor plans to choose from. Larger than typical studio apartments, all units have raised ceilings and large windows with panoramic views that let in brilliant sunlight, creating an open and airy feeling. All apartments are furnished with a microwave and refrigerator, with the larger floor plans also offer the addition of a kitchenette. Double closets in all apartments provide ample storage for clothing and personal belongings.

Accommodating, private bathrooms in every apartment have step-in showers and emergency pull cords for safety, and individually controlled heat and air ensure each resident is able to be comfortable in their living space.
