Emeritus at Spring Mountain has been providing quality care and active lifestyles, for seniors, for 14 years. We enjoy strong connections with our local community while also enjoying the resources and support of being part of the Emeritus Family, the largest provider of Assisted Living Services in the Country. Our” WeCare” assessment program, used only by Emeritus communities, allows us to provide a comprehensive assessment of needs, taking into consideration, frequency of needs, scope of needs, and preference, in developing a personalized service plan. Our Service is undoubtedly the most important thing we provide for our residents.

Memory Care Services

‘Join Their Journey’ is not just our continuing program of training, it is our commitment to our residents, our families and our community. Our local community and families join us for our monthly Care-Giver Support Group, as well as parties, outings and fun activities. We have a library of resource materials, and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for a wide variety of engaging activities. At Emeritus at Spring Mountain, we believe memory loss is a journey, both for the resident and their family. With that in mind, we take special care to understand who our residents are, what has brought them joy in their lives, what gives them a sense of purpose, and how they express their individuality. The activities we plan are then built upon this resident-based foundation. We have found that establishing these personal connections, allows our residents to engage in a way that is both meaningful and supportive, and most importantly… FUN!
