At Emeritus at Sarasota senior living community, we value our residents' opinions relying on their suggestions to plan activities. The calendar is enhanced monthly by new events and ideas. Competitive bowling matches, musical events, word games and armchair travels are examples of ways social, physical, mental, spiritual, cultural and creative activities are blended into the mix. Residents and family look forward each year to the annual holiday party. Our dining services director is well known for her tantalizing buffet. Partnering with the Local Community
Emeritus at Sarasota participates each year in the Alzheimer's walk. We also host professional groups, provide seminars for residents, professionals and the community, and we hold appreciation breakfasts for different professional groups and service organizations that provide assistance to our residents throughout the year.

Our dining director at Emeritus at Sarasota has served our residents for over 11 years and is well-respected and well known in the Sarasota community. Emeritus at Sarasota is known for our community events as well as our daily dining service. Any event with food involved is sure to attract a handsome crowd of professionals. For the residents, home-style meals are the order of the day. Hearty homemade soups are featured every lunch time. Our dining staff assures each resident and guest is served and waited on in style. Each meal menu affords a number of choices and few leave lunch or dinner without experiencing one of the dessert selections. Meals are served on fine china in a restaurant style atmosphere. The airy dining room faces a beautifully appointed courtyard.
