The Perfect Location

Emeritus at Beneva Park is centrally located to airports, health care providers and entertainment venues. Located directly on our campus is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility and within minutes is Sarasota Memorial and Doctors Hospitals. The bustling downtown area is a great place to be on a Saturday morning, to grab a cup of coffee and people watch if you like. At the same time, Emeritus at Beneva Park is set in a wonderful woodsy area, but just a short distance to all the wonderful things Sarasota is famous for.

A Wonderful Selection

Emeritus at Beneva Park is a lovely retirement community set on several acres of lush vegetation and woods. While you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the outside and inside common areas, a little lively excitement is never too far away. Our barrel roof tiles and soaring lobby give a Spanish feel to the property. All of our senior apartments are located on one floor with sitting, dining and entertainment areas scattered throughout. Many of the apartments open up to a courtyard where many residents have opted to install planters and various park like fixtures.

We have 5 types and styles of senior apartments to select from that range in size from 336 square feet to 680 square feet. On offer are large and medium size studios, courtyard garden apartments, and various 2-bedroom apartments and suites. Each apartment has a full bath with safety enhanced showers. Some residents opt for what we call companion living whereby an apartment is shared and the benefit is not only friendship and companionship but cost savings as well.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

Various healthcare providers partner with us to be able to offer a wide variety of services to our residents. On site podiatry and dermatology, weekly visits by an ARNP and various home health and hospice partners all supplement and provide choices to whoever lives here.

Our Staff

We are very proud of the staff here at Emeritus at Beneva Park. We have several bilingual staff members speaking many different languages. We take deep pride in the fact that some of our teammates have served at this fine community for over 25 years! While we pride our selves on the longevity of the staff, at the same time we do all we can to make sure the staff is updated and educated on a regular basis.
