The Perfect Location

Set on three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with screened-in courtyards, Emeritus at Pinellas Park is considered one of the premier Pinellas Park retirement communities. Located on 49th Street close to Highway US 19, our community offers 97 apartments on two floors.

Pinellas Park has a small town feel but borders major metropolitan areas for those who enjoy city life. We are located one mile from US-19 and 4 miles from I-275. We are 5 miles north of St Petersburg and 15 miles west of Tampa.Freedom Lake Park is 1 mile north of our facility and among other ammenities includes a decommishoned F-16 fighter jet on display.

White sand beachs along the gulf are only 12 miles away and Busch Gardens is just across the bay!
Northside, St Pete General, St Anthony's and Bayfront are all hospitals located within 10 miles. Dozens of geriatric physicians are located within a 10 mile radius , several of which visit patients in our facility. The area has a plethora of strip malls and shopping centers within a 10 mile radius. The Holocaust, Salvador Dali, Tampa Bay Automobile and several other Museums are less than 11 miles away. Tropicana Field, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, is only 10 miles away!

A Wonderful Selection

Emeritus at Pinellas Park is a very quaint community. Our community isn't too big but yet there is plenty of open spaces where our residents can enjoy socializing. We have three apartment choices, studio, studio delux, and one bedroom. Also, we have beautiful covered outdoor atriums where our residents can enjoy the fresh air and foliage without being exposed to the elements.

With its family-friendly atmosphere, Emeritus at Pinellas Park feels like home the minute you walk through the doors. Our common areas — including our lovely dining rooms, comfortable lounges and library — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including community outings to area parks and the Dog Track.

Emeritus at Pinellas Park is conveniently located in a safe residential neighborhood close to several malls, plazas, banks and Freedom Lake, as well as near St. Petersburg, Clearwater and the beautiful Gulf beaches. Several medical facilities are also within a few miles, including Northside Hospital, Edward White and St. Petersburg General and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We work closley with several doctors in our community. Several doctors in our community visit, in person or send their Physician Assistants to our facility so that patients do not have to leave their apartment for doctor apointments. We also work closely with several home health companies so that if our residents needs physical or occupational therapy, they do not have to leave home. We have great relationships with our area hospitals so that we can closely monitor or residents if they have to leave our facility temporarily.

Our Staff

The longevity of our staff is one of our greatest attributes. We have several staff mmbers who have been with us for over 10 years and many more who've been with us for 3 or more years. The care our staff provides is unmatched. Our Residential Care Director has won numerous awards over the past few years for the outstanding commitment her and her staff demonstrate to our residents.
