The Perfect Location

Emeritus at Ocoee is centrally located in West Orlando just minutes from downtown Orlando, Windermere, Dr. Phillips and Winter Garden. The property is far enough away to be out of the bustle and noise of the city, yet close enough for convenience. Additionally, we have the West Oaks Mall one mile away and Health Central Hospital within two miles.

Emeritus at Ocoee is in a residential area with close proximity to the West Oaks Mall, Publix, Winn Dixie, CVS, and Walgreens as well as the Health Central Hospital and quite a few nursing home rehabilitation centers if ever needed.

A Wonderful Selection

We offer a variety of senior living suites. Residents may choose from three types of private apartments, which include studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms. Our popular and affordable friendship suite allows two residents the privacy of their own bedroom while sharing a common living area and bathroom. All apartments include individual climate control as well.

Our Victorian inspired community sits in a beautifully landscaped setting. The interior boasts such features as a fine dining room atmosphere, library, country kitchen/resident lounge, beauty and barber salon, exercise and therapy room, parlor and spacious activity room along with many other resident lounge areas. Outdoor patios and courtyards allow our residents to enjoy the fresh air as often as they choose.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We maintain very strong relationships with the local hospitals, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, and hospices listed below. Through solid communication with these relationships, we ensure the highest quality of care for our residents for their many possible needs. Hospitals: Health Central, Dr. Phillips, ORMC and Florida Hospital. SNF & Rehab: Lake Bennett, Heath Center of Windermere, Health Central Park, Ocoee Healthcare Center and Quality Healthcare. Hospices: VITAS, Hospice of the Comforter, Cornerstone and Samaritan Care.
