Emeritus at La Casa Grande knows that as we get older, many of us naturally need a helping hand--perhaps someone to help us get ready for the day, help manage our medications or prepare special meals. Sometimes that's all we need to live safely on our own. Our staff is here to offer that helping hand, but only when and if you need it. Our full range of assisted living services is designed to help you maintain your health, so you can live as independently as possible. These include daily assistance with bathing and dressing, medication management, dining assistance and special diets, assistance with reminders and redirection, escorts and assistance with walking, emergency response call system, rehabilitation services.

At Emeritus at La Casa Grande we have an innovative memory care approach in our Join Their Journey program. This philosophy provides us the ability to meet each resident’s and family's needs at each stage of the disease process. We join the journey of your loved one by recognizing individuality, encouraging choices and allowing them the dignity to live their lives in a way that feels familiar to them. We join the journey of the family by building a partnership based on communication, education, support and our commitment to the family. Our Join Their Journey program has six signatures: wellness, dining experience, supportive environment, life enrichment, family partnerships, and team development.
