Our caregivers are gifted in their ability to offer help in a respectful and non-invasive way, so that residents never feel like we’re taking over their lives. What’s more, the way that we provide assistance actually enhances our residents’ freedom and dignity. A helping hand is extended in a subtle way – not in a way that encourages dependence. Services are provided according to the resident’s personalized care plan, which we review on a periodic basis so that residents get just the help they need. Because of this philosophy, we see residents improving – and even thriving. Instead of sitting alone at home watching television, they are taking their medications on a regular basis, eating property, being involved in activities and getting out into the community.
