Dunedin Senior Living Community

A Wonderful Active Lifestyle

Our senior living community prides itself in offering our residents a wealth of activities, including chair yoga, noodleball, movies and popcorn, exercises, ceramics classes, coffee and trivia, Bingo, cookie bakes, piano sing-a-longs, brain teasers, card and board games, current events, parrot therapy, ice cream socials, crochet instruction, health tips, Name That Tune, bead art projects, You Be the Judge, birthday parties, guitar music, and variety shows. Residents also enjoy occasional picnics in the park and scenic bus rides.

Every month, we offer residents and their loved ones the opportunity join us for our friends and family night, each centered around a theme meal celebrating the bounties of the season. For example, this past year, we hosted Winter Wonderland in January, Mardi Gras in late winter, Happy Birthday America, Summer Splash, Indian Summer, Oktoberfest and of course, a variety of holiday celebrations.

Partnering with the Local Neighborhood Community

Every year, we participate in the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk, the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Emeritus at Dunedin also sponsors a monthly Alzheimer's support group and a variety of senior health seminars open to the greater community, including “10 Tips for Health Living,” “Eat Right,” and “How to Prevent Falls.”

Fine Dining

Three homemade meals are served restaurant-style each day. Lunch begins with fresh salad greens, and dinner includes a chef's choice and homemade soup of the day. In addition, Dunedin offers an “always available” dining menu with a wide range of choices, including hamburgers, turkey sandwiches, grilled cheese, catch of the day and much more.
