Emeritus at Deer Creek is conveniently located near The Sawgrass Expressway, the Florida Turnpike and Interstate 95 for easy access by both Broward and Palm Beach Counties. We are just minutes from Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Boca Raton, and Boynton Beach.

Our location is 10 minutes from the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean located in Deerfield Beach. We are a 5 minute ride from Quiet Waters Park where our residents enjoy monthly picnics. We have found that a trip to the local casino brings fun and laughter to our residents. Weekly shopping is a way to encourage friendships and encourage the independence of our seniors.

A Wonderful Selection

We offer several senior apartment styles and pricing options to meet just about any budget. We have studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Emeritus at Deer Creek is proud to offer a unique and wonderful residence that many seniors call home.

Our 127 senior apartments are warm, homey, and welcoming. 99 apartments are designated to assisted living and 28 apartments are designated to our secured memory care neighborhood. Our community encompasses 3 and 4 floors which are strategically positioned providing closeness to our activity, dinning, and nursing areas. The floor plan allows residents to find their way with ease. Whether dining with friends in the dining room, relaxing with a good book in the library, kicking back in the TV room, gazing at the stars out in our open air courtyards, or strolling with friends during our morning stroll, it gives residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another and enjoy each other's company. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, home cooked meals, and off-site excursions. Each day at Emeritus at Deer Creek is about living life to the fullest and letting us take care of all the daily chores.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We have strong relationships with area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers such as Regents Park Boca, White Hall of Boca, and The Forum at Deer Creek. This allows us to communicate effectively with key staff within these facilities allowing us to provide a seamless continuum of care for our residents.

Our Staff

Emeritus at Deer Creek is proud of the longevity of our staff. The management team is comprised of professionals that have tenures as long at 20 years. We continue to be very selective when choosing who will make up this team to serve its residents; only those with a heart filled with compassion and individuals of strong work ethics are accepted into this family.

Accomplishments

Emeritus at Deer Creek is extremely proud that one of our care givers, Migueleta Statson, won the Hero Award, an award given to one outstanding caregiver annually by Emeritus Senior Living. We have been recognized by the North East Focal Point Senior Center and The City of Deerfield Beach for excellence in serving seniors.
