A Wonderful Active Lifestyle
At Emeritus at Clearwater, our activity program has something for everyone. For those that like to get out and about, there is a lot to choose from! We have trips to local casinos, outings to local restaurants, lots of shopping trips, outings to baseball games, and even sunset trips to the beach! For those that like to stick close to home, we have happy hour every Friday with live entertainment, ice cream socials every Tuesday, exercise classes, educational lectures, pet therapy visits, and even Wii interactive games!
You'll never get board here at Emeritus at Clearwater. Our activities programs offers something for everyone! If you like to get out and about, we have trips to local casinos, baseball games, local restaurants, lots of shopping, and even sunset trips to the beach! For those who like to stick close to home, there is always something going on! Every Friday we break out our dance shoes for happy hour with live entertainment, and there are ice cream socials, painting classes, pet therapy, exercise classes, Wii interactive games, and fun-filled themed family dinner nights!
Partnering with the Local Neighborhood Community
We are very active with the Alzheimers Association. As a community, we have many programs for education and a support group that is open to the public. We also participate in the yearly Alzheimer’s Walk, hosting this event to raise money for the Association. We also host flu clinics for our residents and for the public. A couple times a year we have a speaker come to our community to educate on VA benefits, which is also open to the public.
Emeritus at Clearwater is dedicated to staying active in the community as well. Our educational lectures and our events are open to the greater community. We also offer monthly Alzheimer’s support groups and quarterly seminars on the VA Aid and Attendance benefit.
Fine Dining
Emeritus at Clearwater serves three homemade meals every day. Our breakfast menu is made to order and includes all the breakfast favorites--everything from French toast to fresh fruit! Both our afternoon and evening meals have two soup choices, two entree choices and two veggie choices as well as dessert. We also offer a menu of six alternate choices. And should the desert of the day not be what you are in the mood for, we always have ice cream!! All of our meals are served in our beautiful dining room overlooking the landscape and gazebo. The best part is getting to enjoy a wonderful meal with your friends and neighbors!
