Our staff is also here to offer a helping hand, but only when and if you need it. Our full range of assisted living services are designed to help maintain health so that our residents can live as independently as possible. Whether it's assistance with personal care such as bathing and dressing, medication management, escorts, or just reminders of appointments, we are here to help! To determine what services might be needed, our director of resident care will meet with each resident and family member and personally discuss any health related issues and how we can help. Through our state of the art computerized assessment system called the Vigilan Resident Evaluation Program, a level of care is determined. This program also allows for flexibility should a resident need a higher level of care after a surgical procedure or hospital stay. All of this happens right in the comfort of the resident’s own home!

Memory Care Services

Emeritus at Cleawater offers a unique approach for our residents residing in our memory care neighborhood. The premise of the program is to create personalized activities that are tailored to each resident’s needs and background. Our resident family members complete a "life story" for their loved one, providing us with their likes, dislikes, prior occupations, favorite foods, past hobbies, etc. This is how we tailor the activities to their needs. For example, someone who was a homemaker might like to help set the table or fold laundry. Someone who was bartender might like to share stories or jokes. It's about our staff joining them in their moments, not trying to bring them into our reality! Our program director is also there as a resource to families and friends who are dealing with the many changes their loved one may be experiencing.
