Emeritus Bonita Springs boasts 10 acres of lushly landscaped tropical gardens with over 200 palm trees. Located in the small town of Bonita Springs, we are within easy access of the culture, art, and amenities of Naples and Fort Myers without the congestion, hustle and bustle. The beautiful beaches of South West Florida are within six miles.

Emeritus at Bonita Springs has the perfect senior apartment for every need and budget. The community offers spacious and well-appointed apartments some with full kitchens, washers and dryers. Private units range from 400-1000 square feet. The units are light and bright with a cheery atmosphere. There are 148 apartments with independent and assisted living studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments available.

Convenience is key at Emeritus at Bonita Springs. To ensure that every amenity is within close proximity to every resident, the community has nearly two of everything! There are two Mediterranean style courtyards, two dining rooms, two libraries, and two cafes. There’s a beautiful heated outdoor pool that leads to a walking path surrounded by nature. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, home cooked meals, and off-site excursions.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

Emeritus shares a close relationship with the many local healthcare specialists, doctors, and therapists within the community. Skilled nursing facilities such as Life Care Center of Estero and Imperial Healthcare are just a short distance away. Both offer rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. Nearly every type of medical service, doctor, and therapist is available with many specialists just a few miles away. The community also provides the services of two independent family doctors, Genesis Physical Therapy, and Nurse On Call Home Health Services on site.

Our Staff

The strength and success of Emeritus Bonita Springs can be attributed to the many long term staff that work at the community. The superstar of the community is the concierge Louise Mulry who has worked at the community since in opened in 1998. Jordan Scardigno is the senior executive director who has managed the community since 2006. The resident care director is James Scobey, who has been with Emeritus since January of 2007. Dining Services Director Todd Noon has been with the community since 2005, and Activities Director Cindy Veranich, since 2005.
