Elderlife Financial Services
Elderlife provides lines of credit to help seniors and their families pay for senior living. The Elderlife Line of Credit is an easy way to finance senior living, eliminating for many, a significant obstacle to moving into a senior living community. With low monthly payments, the Elderlife Line of Credit can be utilized to:
- Pay for rent while waiting for a home to sell
- Pay for rent while waiting for VA or other benefits
- Finance move-in fees
- Supplement monthly rent
Life Care Funding Group
The Life Care Funding Group helps seniors raise funds to pay for senior housing through the life settlement market. A “life settlement” is the sale of an in-force life insurance policy for an amount much greater than the cash surrender value from the insurance company. Many families and seniors find a life settlement a great way to help finance their senior living options.

Veterans Program - Aid & Attendance
The Aid and Attendance is a Federal benefit provided through the Department of Veteran Affairs. Eligible veterans, surviving spouses of veterans, or couples can receive up to $1800.00 per month. Visit the Veteran Aid and Attendance Benefit page for more information.

Perhaps you love the idea of moving into an independent living or assisted living community, but you’re concerned about your budget. Or maybe you simply don’t want to live alone. Either way, Friendship Suites are the perfect solution. Seniors are brought together to share an apartment, and cost savings while forming new friendships.
