"Best of the Best" Dining Services Awards
In order to recognize and celebrate our dedicated Dining Services Employees during National Foodservice Week (October 6th-12th), we are awarding the "Best of the Best" Dining Services Awards. The employees below are being honored for taking great care of our residents in our dining room, consistently fulfilling our promise, Our Family is Committed to Yours; and for being excellent role models for our Emeritus Family Values.
ED's from each region nominated a member from their dining staff who strives for excellence and is a great example of an Emeritus employee. The only guidelines were the employee (Dishwasher, Kitchen Helper, Cook, Wait Staff, Dining Services Director or any other employee in the Dining Department) must have worked at Emeritus for 1 year and must be someone who does an exceptional job in the Dining Department and consistently lives up to and excels with our promise to our Emeritus Family Values. Each of the winners below will receive a $100 bonus as recognition of their star quality. Out of each Division one employee was chosen as being the superstar and will receive a $200 bonus!!
All of these employees had such glowing comments made about them that I wish I had the room to write them all down; so please take the time to recognize and thank them.
