Stages of Pick's Disease

What are the Stages of Pick's Disease?

There are no defined stages of Pick's disease.[1] Later stages of the disease are distinguished from earlier stages by an increased severity of symptoms. Early on, patients often retain many life skills and may be able to be on their own for extended periods of time. As the disease progresses, individuals may become incontinent, become unable to take care of their basic needs, and have great problems communicating and understanding.
