Rocky Hill, Connecticut Retirement Community

Assisted Living Services

At Emeritus at Rocky Hill, we offer a very high level of quality care. Our goal is to provide as much care as needed, while helping our residents maintain their dignity and independence. We always encourage residents to do whatever they can for themselves for as long as possible.

Our Resident Care Director oversees the entire nursing staff, which includes RNs, LPNs and CNAs, as well as the care staff. Before a resident has made a commitment to moving here, we set up a “pre-move assessment,” at no charge or obligation to the resident and his or her family. From this, we create a personalized service plan using the Emeritus We Care system, detailing exactly what services will be required and when they will be provided.

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services

Emeritus at Rocky Hill includes a Memory Care Neighborhood that is staffed by caregivers who are specially trained in working with individuals with memory issues, including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Because your family's experience will be unlike any other, our goal is to get to know you and your loved one, so we can offer support and solutions for your individual situation.

Our community offers an innovative memory care program, called Join Their Journey®, for seniors affected by Alzheimer's or dementia. We "join the journey" of your loved one by recognizing individuality, encouraging choices and allowing residents the dignity to live in a secure, personalized and familiar setting that feels comfortable for them.

We have activities throughout the day to ensure that residents remain stimulated and enjoy their day.
